"I really struggled with work-life balance. I realized this was a challenge when I set goals to exercise for just 1 hour per day, and couldn't because I never had enough time to fulfill my personal goals outside of work.
The declutter exercise was eye-opening, and caused me to think critically about how I truly spend my time. The 'plan for next week' module was also a game changer. Now, at work, I make a PRIORITY list instead of a TO DO list. At home, I am going to bed earlier, and spending more quality time with my loved ones.
